Nicknames I have been given
Too much time on my hands, yep.
Here are some of the nicknames people have bestowed upon me in my life:
Robbie/Robby - You have known me a long time if you know me by that.
Happy Boy - Bestowed by Matt Baglay whilst on a two-month submarine deployment. I would wander into Radio a little early to see what was up. I would burst into song, because I'm cool that way. I'd smile and the guys who had been on watch for 12 hours would snarl and let out epithets. Matt would say "Shut the f$%k up, Happy Boy!" On a submarine, when you discover that something annoys someone, you do it over and over. So I would sing and dance in the doorway to Radio. The skipper thought us a bit odd.
Reverend Booth - I thought this was a joke. Really, I didn't know they were serious. Chris W. got us all to sign up as ministers so he could become a saint or something. Top called me Rev. Booth after that.
Robo-Cop - Chief Martin called me this. Best boss ever.
Senator - I was in Goodfellow for the 92 election. By November they were begging me to shut up already.
Rob "The Salami" Booth - JimmaY!, Michelle, and I saw Goodfellas together. We gave ourselves Mafia nicknames after that.

I really don't want to know how you ended up with the name "Salami."
A new nickname I was given in Louisiana - Gangsta Rob. The young man that bestowed it claimed it was ironic because I seem so straight-laced.
